It stands to reason that the clutch plate should be a high-consumption item. But in fact, many people only change the clutch plate once every few years,
and some car owners may have tried to replace the clutch plate only after the clutch plate smelled burnt.
In fact, the replacement cycle of the clutch kit is not fixed. It is more reliable based on the mileage and the degree of wear of the clutch plate.
The clutch kits needs to be replaced in the following situations
(1) The more you use the clutch, the higher it is;
(2) Your car is tired of climbing hills;
(3) After your car has been driving for a period of time, you can smell the smell of being burnt;
(4) The easiest way is to put in 1st gear, pull up the handbrake (or step on the brake) and start the car. If the engine doesn't turn off, it's time to change it.
(5) Start in first gear, feel uneven when clutching, the car has a sense of jolting back and forth, press the plate, step on it, and feel jerky when lifting the clutch,
the clutch disc needs to be replaced.
(6) The sound of metal friction can be heard every time the clutch is lifted, which may be due to serious wear of the clutch plate.
(7) Can't run at high speed. When the speed of 5th gear is 100 per hour, you suddenly step on the accelerator to the bottom. When the speed increases
obviously but the speed does not accelerate much, it means that your clutch is slipping and needs to be replaced.
Experienced repairmen or drivers can judge according to the difference in the feeling of their daily driving.
